Who Can Become a Coach?

We welcome lifestyle center graduates, Bible worker graduates, and other passionate lay people who feel called to this ministry. No prior coaching experience is required — we provide comprehensive training.

The Training Process

Our training program adopts and adapts existing training programs, emphasizing areas that may have been weak points in prior programs. This is followed by mentoring and on-the-job training to ensure you are truly equipped for holistic ministry.

Financial Sustainability

One of our key goals is helping coaches build financially sustainable ministries. We provide guidance on building a client base, creating multiple revenue streams, and connecting with our network of lifestyle centers and partner organizations.
